Three cars were involved in crash on M2 between Sittingbourne and Faversham

Three cars were involved in a crash that has closed the M2 last night.

The accident happened just after 8pm on the southbound carriageway just after junction 5 at Sittingboune.

Two fire engines were called but no one had to be cut out of their car.

Paramedics were also called but no one is believed to have been injured.

Drivers experienced long tailbacks lasting until 11pm.
