Man flown to London hospital after suffering serious injuries at Faversham building site in Western Link

A man was airlifted to a London hospital after suffering serious injuries on a building site.

Police and paramedics were called to the scene in Western Link, Faversham, following reports of an injured man.

Paramedics arrived following the call-out shortly after 2pm yesterday and were joined by the air ambulance service, which landed in a playing field near Bysing Wood Primary School.

The man was treated at the scene before being airlifted to hospital in London with serious injuries.
