Following consultation with Faversham Pools co-chairmen Michael Ellsmore and Matthew Marsh and Swale Borough Council, a decision was made to close the swimming centre.

“The team are working hard to contact all members and those who attended swimming lessons. Thank you for your cooperation during this time.”

The repairs will now be carried out so the site can “reopen as soon as possible”.
