A crash involving three vehicles has been causing delays on the M2.

It happened London-bound between J6 for Faversham and J5 for Sittingbourne at around 4.50pm.

Police and fire were called to the scene.

Highways officials said one lane of the carriageway is blocked.

A police spokesman said: "Officers are currently at the scene. No injuries have been reported and the carriageway is now open."
