A man has been arrested on suspicion of assault after a "bloodied" man was seen.
Police, ambulance and an air ambulance were called to a disturbance in Reedland Crescent, Faversham at around 7pm last night.
A 51-year-old man from Faversham was arrested and is in police custody while investigations take place.
An eyewitness reported seeing a man bloodied at the scene.
The victim, also a man, was taken to hospital by ambulance, but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
The arrested man was also taken to hospital by officers as precaution.
A police spokesman said: "Kent Police was called at 7.18pm on Thursday 5 July to a reported assault in Reedland Crescent, Faversham.
"Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene and a man was taken to a local hospital for medical attention."
A spokesman for SECAmb said: "We were called to Reedland Crescent, Faversham at 7.10pm. We had one ambulance and two cars attend the scene, along with an air ambulance service that landed nearby.
"One patient had a head injury and was given treatment at the scene before being taken by road to the William Harvey Hospital."
