WHITSTABLE'S role in the history of diving will be revealed at the local museum next week. Visitors will be able to handle historic diving equipment and see video footage of important dives next Saturday, March 9.
Members of the Historical Diving Society and a local scuba diving group will be on hand to answer questions between 10.30am and 3.30pm.
The event is the museum's contribution to National Science Week and organisers promise it will be fun for all ages.
Admission is free. For more information call the museum on 01227 276998.
