Part of the A2 in Faversham is closed following an accident between two cars.

Emergency services, including police and ambulance, are currently at the scene in Brogdale Road after two vehicles collided at around 4.25pm.

Injuries are not believed to be life-threatening

A spokeswoman from police said: "Officers are currently in Brogdale Road, Faversham, attending to a collision between two cars which was believed to have happened at around 4.25pm today.

"Secamb is also in attendance and a road closure has been put in place while the incident is attended to."
