Emergency crews were called to the scene of a crash involving three vehicles on the A2.

There were severe delays after the smash at the junction of Water Lane in Faversham at around 11.15am today.

Traffic had eased by about 2.30pm.

Fire crews, paramedics and police were called to the scene and a man was treated by ambulance staff.

A road closure was in place for around three hours.

The man's injuries are not believed to be serious.
