A Faversham hoarder who sleeps in a chair in her front room because her bedroom is too cluttered featured on TV this morning.
Brand new BBC One daytime show the Housing Enforcers, presented by Matt Allwright, has an entire series showcasing the work of Swale Borough Council.
Today's episode, which aired at 9.15am, told the story of a woman named only as Rose, whose privately-owned house was overflowing with her possessions.
Last year, it took the council three days to clear the clutter, but when Susan Hughes from the Staying Put housing agency arrived at Rose's house, the pile of belongings had grown again.
But Susan and a team of builders assess the house, help Rose to de-clutter and install railings in the corridors and a stairlift to help her get around and move back upstairs.
She said during the programme: "I'm just glad that someone is willing to help.
"I know it's going to take time. But there is now less than there was and Susan thinks we can get rid of some more."
The producers of the show, Twofour, worked with the council to secure access to housing officers working in the area.
Cllr John Wright, cabinet member for housing at the council, said: "Having Matt working alongside our housing officers gives people a real insight into the kind of work they carry out every day.
"The range of problems they have to deal with is hard to imagine, but Housing Enforcers shows people the vital work we do to support local people struggling with housing issues."
Throughout the series, Matt Allwright searches out bad landlords, tackles problem properties, deals with nightmare neighbours and comes to the rescue of tenants in need.
They will later visit a number of homes in Sittingbourne and Sheppey.
