A popular family attraction which closed its doors after 20 years at the end of October has gone on the market.
Bosses at Monkshill Farm announced last month that it would be shut and sold because of a "difficult economic situation" facing the John Townsend Trust, which owns the site.
Now, the farm, covering 66 acres, is up for sale for £1,500,000 and the surrounding land, covering 162 acres, has an £800,000 price tag.
The sale of the farm includes a three-bedroom house with gardens and parking and 59 acres divided into fenced paddocks.
There is around 16 buildings and concrete yards, as well a pond and bird watching hide for observing wildlife on the marsh.
The buildings include a granary office, classrooms, butchery and farm shop unit.
The farm officially closed to the public on October 31.
In a statement made on Facebook by the Trust, they said: "We would personally like to thank everyone for all the support they have shown to us during our time at Monkshill Farm and the commitment regarding the farm, this includes all of our customers, the apprentices, volunteers and employees who have worked on the farm over the years and of course the students who came and participated in the agricultural courses.
"It is a great shame that things had to come to this because of how well the Farm and the Shop/Café were doing and also because of how much hard work Richard put in to it and as many people may know or may have guessed we are very upset but we are ready and looking forward to our future, what it will bring and our lives shall go on."
