Delays are clearing as a lane was closed earlier on a busy motorway after a car broke down.

Drivers faced queues on the London-bound M2, between junction 6 for Faversham and 5 for Sittingbourne.

Tailbacks are now easing as people venture into the capital at the start of the working week.

It took some motorists around 10 minutes to pass through the queues.
