A crash involving several vehicles has partially closed the M2 this evening.

The collision just before 5pm at Brenley Croner near Faversham involved a van, a van towing a trailer, a lorry and a car.

One lane of the London bound carriageway was closed and paramedics were called to treat those injured.

It is not known how seriously people have been hurt.
