The England rugby team are helping to raise money for Faversham's Roisin Kelleher.
Roisin has captured the hearts of people across the country, helping her to raise more than her £55,000 target for life-saving treatment.
She suffers from both Cystic Fibrosis and Pulmonary Hypertension and the conditions are gradually destroying her body.
But in a bid to find an alternative to a double lung transplant, Roisin's mother Anntoinette discovered miraculous stem-cell treatment in America - an operation that would give Roisin an opportunity of a normal life.
An auction at the Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School (QEGS) tomorrow (Friday) will see a number of items go under the hammer including a meal for two at the Sportsman in Seasalter, a spa day, champagne and even a shirt signed by the entire England rugby squad.
One of Roisin's teachers at the QEGS Tom Finn-Kelcey who is head of Sociology, asked the team to sign the shirt immediately after a game against Australia last week.
There are signatures from the team, coaches Stuart Lancaster and Graham Rowntree, as well as World Cup winners Jason Leonard and Richard Hill, plus former England captains Bill Beaumont and Rob Andrew.
The Faversham News exclusively revealed last week that Roisin's mother Anntoinette and brother Cian are both a match for Roisin's stem-cell treatment which means the operation can definitely go ahead.
Despite already toppling over the £55,000 target, that would fund just one treatment so they are hoping to raise more to take them through the full process.
Roisin, of Whitstable Road, hopes to travel to America for the operation on January 18 but it all depends on her health.
Tickets for tomorrow's auction will be £5 for adults and £3 for children/students and will include wine, cheese and music.
