Motorcycle stolen in Sussex found in Faversham within two hours thanks to tracking device

Two suspects were arrested within two hours of a motorcycle being stolen thanks to a tracking device.

The vehicle had been taken in Sussex and found in Faversham.

Patrols from the Rural Task Force had been alerted to the tracker on the vehicle, on Tuesday, December 17.

At around 9.30pm, an officer attended Whiting Crescent in Faversham where the bike was found behind a van. A knife was also seized.

A spokesperson for Kent Police said “ Two local men aged 21 and 45 were arrested while a third left the scene on foot.

“Another man, aged 26 and from Maidstone, was arrested two days later.”

All the suspects were conditionally bailed while enquiries into the incident are completed
