A warning has been issued after a fire which spread to two sheds and a fence was believed to have been accidentally started by an unattended brazier.
Crews were called to St John's Road in Faversham at about 1.10am.
Two fire engines arrived at the scene to find the blaze spreading, and firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet and compressed air foam to tackle it.
No casualties were reported and the cause is believed to be accidental.
Crews left the scene by 2am.
Following the incident, crews are urging the public to take care when using barbecues, braziers, fire pits and chimineas.
Ensure the fire is kept a safe distance from buildings, sheds, fences or vegetation, and never leave them unattended.
