A woman who allegedly threatened shop workers with a knife and a syringe faces 15 charges.
Lucille Willett is said to have threatened a male security guard with a knife before stealing bottles of alcohol from a store in North Lane, Faversham, on Tuesday, June 18.
The 29-year-old, of no fixed address, is also accused of a further 10 shoplifting offences committed across the town between Sunday, June 16 and Thursday, June 27. Items stolen include cosmetics, clothing and bathing products.
Willett has also been charged with stealing baby formula from a shop in Sittingbourne's Avenue of Remembrance on Wednesday, June 12, and threatening a male shop worker with a syringe.
She has also been charged with possessing a knife in a public place after one was reportedly found in her possession when she was arrested.
Willett was charged with each offence on Friday. She was remanded in custody and appeared at Medway Magistrates' Court the next day.
At the hearing, she was again remanded in custody and will next appear at Maidstone Magistrates' Court on Friday.
