Players from nine clubs have made it into KentOnline's team-of-the-week.

The return of Isthmian League football added to our options while Ray Turner, boss of Bostik South Faversham, is our manager-of-the-week after a 5-0 opening-day win.

Margate goalkeeper Lenny Pidgeley kept a clean sheet on his debut as Steve Watt's side started their Bostik Premier campaign with a 1-0 win at Thurrock.

In defence, we've gone for Danny Harris, Laurence Ball, Sonny Miles and Femi Ilesanmi.

Harris was man-of-the-match in Dartford's goalless draw with Havant in National South.

Debutant Ball scored and showed all his class at the back in Sittingbourne's 2-1 victory at Chipstead.

Miles was a rock for Tonbridge in their 1-0 Bostik Premier win over Hendon.

And Ilesanmi gave a hugely energetic performance as Dover beat Wrexham 1-0 in the National League.

David Smith, Sam Hasler, Connor Dymond and Myles Weston make up our midfield four.

Smith scored with his first touch for Sittingbourne - a superb free-kick into the top corner - moments after coming on.

Hasler was Folkestone's most dangerous player in a 1-1 Bostik Premier draw at Enfield, his set-pieces keeping the hosts on their toes.

Dymond was Welling's driving force in a much-improved attacking display from the Wings in a 3-3 National South draw with Bognor.

And summer signing Weston set up one and was lively on the wing as Ebbsfleet drew 3-3 with AFC Fylde to stay unbeaten in the National League.

Up front, Ryan Bird scored his first Dover goal and was a real threat to the Wrexham defence, particularly in the first half.

He's partnered by Liam King, who scored twice for Faversham in their 5-0 victory at VCD.
