Joint-bosses John Embery and Jermaine Darlington have left Faversham - a little over four months into the job.
Former Herne Bay duo Embery and Darlington came in to replace departed James Collins this June ahead of the 2022/23 season.
They enjoyed an element of FA Trophy success, reaching the Third Qualifying Round before they lost on penalties to Grays Athletic after a goalless draw.
But with Town still second-bottom in Isthmian South East after their 3-1 home defeat to Lancing at Salters Lane on Saturday in front of a crowd of 196, their departure on Monday night was announced.
“Faversham Town F.C can today announce that they have parted company with management duo John Embery and Jermaine Darlington,” a club statement read.
“The board wish to thank John and Jermaine for their efforts, and wish them well in the future.
"The board will make further comment regarding a replacement in the next few days."
Faversham’s only league win this season came at home to Ashford in August as they won 1-0. They only won three out of 13 games in all competitions having been knocked out the FA Cup by lower-league Colliers Wood and the Kent Senior Cup by Margate.
The Lilywhites were 3-0 down against Lancing after 50 minutes and, despite pulling a goal back through defender Danny Rumbol, it was not enough.
They visit early frontrunners Ramsgate on Wednesday night in the Velocity Trophy and travel to Burgess Hill this Saturday in the league.
The news comes just a day after manager Richard Styles resigned at Whitstable.
