Faversham Town boss Ray Turner praised his players but their miserable form continued with back-to-back 1-0 defeats at Peacehaven & Telscombe and Three Bridges.
Town’s trip to Peacehaven on Saturday was defined by a two-minute spell early in the second half.
Dean Grant headed a Ryan Cooper cross on to the left-hand post on 52 minutes before, two minutes later, Jamie Brotherton’s header found the net via the Faversham post from home skipper Jon Marzetti’s cross.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday night, Three Bridges scored the only goal on 81 minutes when John Lansdale fired home.
The Lilywhites have now gone seven games in all competitions since their last victory.
However, Turner again could not fault his team’s performance.
“I thought we were outstanding. We dominated the whole game,” said the Town manager.
“It was one of our best performances this season and I can’t ask much more of the players. They only had one shot on target but everything seems to be going against us.
“We have been fractions away from taking 12 points from the past four games and, instead, we have taken a point. We played worse last year at Three Bridges and won 4-1."
