- Entries must be received by 11:59pm on 9 October 2024.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- One entry per person.
- Four winners will be randomly selected.
- Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The prize is non-transferable and must be taken at The Ivy in Canterbury on Thursday, October 24 2024
- Travel costs are not included. There are no cash alternatives.

Additional Terms
- 1. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of Kent, aged 18 years or over, except employees of The Ivy Collection, the KM Media Group, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- 2. Entry: The competition will run from 2nd October 2024 to 9th October 2024. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
- 3. Prize: The prize is 4 tickets to The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie’s launch party on 24th October 2024. The tickets are for 1 winner and up to 3 guests. The prize is not transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
- 4. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received.
- 5. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone call within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- 6. Prize Redemption: The winner must confirm their attendance and the names of their guests within 7 days of notification. The tickets are valid only for the launch party on 24th October 2024.
- 7. Publicity: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
- 8. Data Protection: Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- 9. General: The Ivy Collection reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any catastrophe, including war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
