It's the day thousands of teenagers have been waiting for, A-level results are out.
Our reporters and photographers are at schools across Folkestone and Hythe as students rip open those all-important envelopes.
Brockhill Park Performing Arts College
There were celebrations at Brockhill Park as 98% of pupils achieved two or more passes at A-level.
More than half of pupils received A* to C grades across the school.
Principal Sonette Schwartz said: "We are proud of all our year 13 students of who most are going on to their chosen destinations studying a wide variety of courses at different universities.
"We would like to wish them well for the future and thank them for their hard work and commitment during their time at this school.
"I would like to thank our parents for their support and our teachers for their unstinting dedication to our students."
Elise Layton is off to study Primary Education at Canterbury Christchurch University after achieving a Distinction* in Dance and C in English Literature.
Katie Baker, of Deedes Close, Hythe, is set to study an Engineering degree at the University of Kent.
The 18-year-old said: "I am really happy with my results and I am really proud of what I have achieved.
"The best part about being at Brockhill was the amazing friendships I have made. I can't wait to go on and study at the University of Kent in September."
After receiving an A in A-level French and C in Media Studies, Daniel Tulett, of Park Road, Hythe, hopes to join the Border Force or read French at university.
"I am delighted with my results as it means I have the correct grades to be able to get into Border Force in the future", said the 18-year-old.
The Folkestone School for Girls
Mark Lester, who stepped up as head teacher last year, says he is very pleased with the results as more than half of pupils achieved A* to B grades.
Thirty per cent of Year 13 students achieved A* to A grades at A-Level, with a number of pupils securing places at top universities.

Amelia Burton, of Welson Road, says she is lost for words after securing a place at Oxford University to study History.
The 18-year-old received three A*s in A-level English Literature, History and Politics.
Georgina Houghton is set to study Medicine at Newcastle University after achieving four As in Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Physics.
Charlotte Bell, from Kennington in Ashford is heading to University of York in September to study English and History.
The 17-year-old, who got three A*s in English Literature, History and Politics, said: "I just couldn't believe it when I opened UCAS track this morning.
"I got more than the grades I was hoping for as I got triple A* instead of triple A. I am really excited about going to York."
Folkestone Academy
Year 13 students at Folkestone Academy are celebrating their success as 60 pupils secured university places across the country, including at Bristol, Southampton and Brighton.
It comes after 34% of students received an A* to B across one or more A-level.
Commenting on the results, principal Wesley Carroll said: "These results reflect the considerable hard work and commitment of our students.
"What they have achieved this year has prepared them well for the next exciting phase of their lives and I wish them all the very best in their future endeavours.
"We are all incredibly proud of them.”
Megan Davis is delighted with her results after achieving a Distinction in Media, B in Photography and B in Film.
Harvey Grammar School
The Harvey Grammar School says it is proud of the "outstanding achievements" of this year's students, with 64.4% of all grades achieved at A* to B.
Among the individual performances highlighted, Richard Moore achieved success in a total of six A-levels including an A grades in mathematics, further mathematics, physics, biology and general studies and a B in chemistry.
Benjamin Cocker also achieved six A-levels with a A grades in biology, chemistry, psychology and general studies and B in both mathematics and history.
Students achieving success in five A-levels included Joseph Spruce, Jake Chapman and Bijendra Singh, while Ryan Gatenby and Louis McMullan had good passes in four subjects.
Head teacher Scott Norman said: ‘The hard work and dedication of our staff and students never ceases to amaze me. There were so many outstanding individual performances with 64.4% of all grades achieved at A* to B and I can honestly say that I am hugely proud of our boys’ achievements.
"We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our students well for the future and look forward to welcoming them back to celebrate their achievements next year at our prizegiving event."
