Folkestone Academy pupils and staff take part in Christmas Jumper Day for Save the Children making video

Dozens of pupils and staff from Folkestone Academy put on their Christmas jumpers to raise money for Save the Children.

Friday marked the national Christmas Jumper Day in aid of the charity with thousands of people across the country throwing on their favourite festive sweaters.

Offices and schools up and down the country and across Kent took part with the Academy creating their own video as youngsters and staff danced around the school.

They have raised over £400 in the process.

Starring on the video is Year 8 pupil Kyle Kirkin who performs a rap with the words written by Tristan Glendenning in Year 10 .
