A motorbike rider is in hospital after a crash this morning.

The collision took place in Park Farm Road, Folkestone at 10.24am, and involved a Honda motorcycle and a BMW car.

Kent Police confirmed that the South East Coast ambulance attended, taking the motorcyclist to hospital.

So far, a public appeal for information has not been issued.
