A man's body was found near a shopping centre this morning

Police were called at about 1.20am today to a report of a body of a man being found near Bouverie Place, Folkestone.

Officers attended the incident and say the death is not being treated as suspicious.

The man’s next of kin has been informed and a report will be prepared for the coroner.

No further details are known at this stage.
