A Folkestone drugs peddler got more than just fit when he was asked to do squats by police officers.

Jeb Green crouched down and out popped 45 wraps of cocaine and heroin, Canterbury Crown Court heard.

Now Green, of Langhorne Gardens, Folkestone has been jailed for two and a half years after admitting possessing Class A drugs with intent to sell them.

Canterbury Crown Court heard how in March this year two men were spotted doing drug deals in the town.

Police raided 24-year-old Green’s home - where he had gone with three others – and he was asked to squat down “and 45 wraps dropped from his buttocks”, the court heard.

He told police he had run up £8,000 worth of debts and people in prison had ordered him to sell the cocaine and heroin “and made threats if he didn’t agree”.

Judge James O’Mahony told him that Green was with others from London “showing there is planned activity to bring drugs from London to the seaside town”.

He added: “You have been convicted of drugs offences in the past and it’s a serious offence peddling class A drugs because they have a hugely damaging effect on those who take them.”
