In that raid, 60 plants and cultivation equipment were seized.

A neighbour in Augusta Gardens came home at around 5.30pm to see a police van and car outside the property.

They also said vans from UK Power Networks were outside the property - which is opposite Folkestone Police Station.

She said: "They are taking out a lot of power equipment. There's a big police van and taking out a big ventilation fan and insulation tubes.

"It came as a big surprise and got home and saw them unloading."

Police said inquiries are ongoing.
