Man is killed on A20 London Road in Peene near Folkestone

Flowers have been left at the side of a road after a man was hit by a lorry and killed.
The collision happened on Friday on the A20 London Road close to the village of Peene, near Folkestone.
The victim, a man in his 30s, had just got out of his parked Opel Vectra when he was struck by the HGV at 8.35am.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, near the bus stop opposite The Street.
Now, three days later, a bunch of flowers have been placed on the grass close to where the collision happened.
The victim has not yet been named, but his next of kin have been informed.
Following the crash, police launched an investigation and are appealing for witnesses of the fatal collision to come forward.
