Howard: Tory leader's job is not for me

MICHAEL Howard, the MP for Folkestone and Hythe, has insisted that he will not stand for the leadership of the Conservative party.
In a weekend interview with a national newspaper Mr Howard, who is also the Shadow Chancellor, said that even if Iain Duncan Smith were to stand down, he would not put himself forward.
His name has been being touted as a possible successor to the Tory leader.
