Police have released photos of a man with a distinctive tattoo who they would like to speak to following a robbery in which expensive Pokemon cards were taken.
Officers say a man, wearing a mask and hooded top, entered Chaos Cards in Sandgate Road, Folkestone at around 1.50pm on Tuesday, July 20 and approached the till.
He asked for a box of Pokemon Darkness Ablaze cards and when he was told the price, he reportedly showed shop staff a knife and told them to place the cards and money from the till into a bag.
He then left the scene.
The Pokemon cards retail for around £90-£100.
Will Robinson, who works as a supervisor in the store, says he was left 'a little shaken' following the experience.
He said: "It had just gone lunch and it was pretty quiet. A man came up to the till and asked about Pokemon cards. He then pulled out a knife.
"I wasn't going to argue with him."
The man is said to have got around £100 from the till, plus a box of the Pokemon cards.
Police are now appealing for help with the investigation.
As such, they have issued photos of a man they would like to speak to, including a photo of a distinctive tattoo on his hand.
It is believed he may have information which could assist their inquiries.
