The family of a missing 14-year-old boy have launched a desperate appeal to find him.

Kieran Kenton disappeared from the Folkestone area on Tuesday afternoon.

Concerned family members and friends have been sharing posts about Kieran on social media and urging him to come home.

A police spokeswoman said: "We have received a report of a missing child in the Folkestone area and enquiries are ongoing."

Anyone who sees Kieran is urged to call 101.
