Timothy Avril is in court for the murder of stab victim Gus Allman in Folkestone.

A man charged with murder after a fatal stabbing is due in court today .
Timothy Avril, 22, of, Hindmans Road, East Dulwich, south London, is accused of murdering Gus Allman in Folkestone in February.

Gus Allman was stabbed to death in Folkestone

Avril first appeared before magistrates via video link last Thursday just after he was charged.
He is now due at Maidstone Crown Court for a preliminary hearing.

Mr Allman, 20, of Knighton Park Road, Sydenham, south London, died in hospital after being wounded in Dover Road, Folkestone, on February 19.
