One man has been rushed to hospital after a dinghy overturned in high winds.
RNLI teams were at Littlestone beach for a training exercise when two men in the small vessel got into difficulties.
Their rescue took place on Sunday morning, around 11am.
Crews on from the Littlestone Lifeboat Station were able to get both men to shore. One man was given treatment on the beach before being taken to hospital.
