Rail services are disrupted this evening following an incident on board a train at Folkestone Central.

Shortly before 7.30pm Southeastern told passengers that the line was shut from Ashford to Dover while emergency services attended.

But less than 10 minutes later they announced is had reopened.

Passengers are warned services may be delayed or revised while the service is recovered.

Details of the incident are not yet known.
