A van has overturned forcing police to close a road out of Folkestone.
Officers were called to the incident which happened at 11.45am on Canterbury Road at the junction with Churchill Avenue.
Police are at the scene along with paramedics and firefighters who are currently dealing with the incident.
A witness who passed the scene described it as "a total mess" where the car has crashed over the roundabout.
They said they could see shattered glass everywhere and the vehicle has been coned off where it is resting on the grass adding it was a miracle nobody had been hurt.
The site of the crash is also close to a regularly used pedestrian crossing.
It is believed there were no serious injuries after the van - thought to be a small van with University of Kent branding - went crashing off the road.
Traffic is reportedly being stopped from going down the hill towards the town centre but drivers are allowed to go past the scene northbound.
A spokesman for Kent Fire and Rescue Service said: "Only one vehicle was involved which ended up on its side. Nobody was trapped and no injuries. Crews made the scene safe."
More as we get it.
