A family member of the child then intervened and the man then left the area.

Officers have released an image of an individual, who appears to be wearing a Chelsea FC replica shirt, in the hope that someone may recognise him.

A police spokesman said: “Inquiries to establish the full circumstances of the incident are ongoing and officers have released an image of a man who they would like to identify.
