Two motorcyclists have been taken to hospital a serious crash involving a car and two motorbikes this afternoon.

Emergency services were called shortly after 2.30pm to reports of the crash in Capel-le-Ferne.

A man in his 40s, who was riding one of the bikes, has been airlifted to William Harvey Hospital in Ashford with serious leg injuries.

The teen was arrested yesterday.

A second patient, a woman following the first bike, was taken by road to the William Harvey suffering arm and leg injuries.

It is thought the woman came off her bike when she tried to avoid the crash when the man's bike collided with the car.
