Unexplained death of a 16-year-old boy in Folkestone after police and paramedics called to Millfield

Police say the death of a 16-year-old boy in Folkestone last night is unexplained.

Officers were called to a house in Millfield near the town centre by paramedics who arrived first at the scene.

The air ambulance also landed in the nearby Radnor Park at around 7pm.

A police spokesman said that while the death is currently unexplained it is not being treated as suspicious.

A report is being prepared for the coroner, the spokesman added.
