Three arrested in Folkestone following disturbance in Hawkinge

Police stopped a car following a disturbance at a house and arrested three people.

Officers were called to the fracas outside a home in The Street area of Hawkinge at 10.40am yesterday.

Police pulled over the car in Cherry Garden Avenue

They later stopped a car 3.4 miles away in Cherry Garden Avenue, Folkestone, which was linked to the incident.

Two men, aged 35 and 26, and a 30-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of affray.

All three have since been released on bail while enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident continue.
