Folkestone: Three car smash led to man, 55, arrested and bailed after he 'failed to stop'

A 55-year-old man has been arrested and bailed following a crash involving three other vehicles.

It happened in Clarence Street, Folkestone, at 8.53pm on Sunday night, when police were called by a member of the public.

He was arrested in Foord Road, near Tesco Express, on suspicion of driving while unfit to do so and failing to stop after a crash.

No injuries were reported.

The man has been bailed to return to Folkestone police station on Friday, September 16.
