CCTV images released of two women after man’s wallet ‘stolen at Folkestone fast-food restaurant’

CCTV images of two women have been released after a man’s wallet was reportedly stolen when he was at a fast-food restaurant.

Police received a call on the evening of Sunday, January 28 from the man who said he had last seen his wallet when at an eatery in Sandgate Road, Folkestone.

He said this was around 3pm and was later alerted to suspicious transactions on his bank cards – including purchases made that evening at a town centre grocery shop.

It was at this point that he realised his wallet had gone.

Police have released CCTV images of two women, who may be able to assist them with their inquiries.
