Cash stolen after window smashed at Folkestone restaurant

Cash was stolen during a burglary at a Folkestone restaurant after a window was smashed.

A window was broken and cash taken from the restaurant in George Lane, in the town centre, between 2.30am and 6.10am on Saturday.

Detectives would like to speak to a man seen walking in the area at the time of the burglary.

He is described as being a slim white man in his late 20s to 30s, with dark spiky hair.

He was wearing a black leather jacket.
