A woman was taken to hospital after a two-car crash.

It happened on the A260, Canterbury Road at Denton near Folkestone and the road was closed for three hours,

Police were called to the collision at 11.20am yesterday (Saturday) and paramedics also arrived.

A police spokesperson said: “A woman was taken to a local hospital for medical treatment. The road was cleared shortly before 2.30pm.”
