A court date has been set for a man charged with attempted murder after a stabbing during an alleged burglary in Folkestone.
Police were called to Biggins Wood Road in Folkestone shortly before 5pm on Wednesday last week.
The victim, in his 20s, was rushed to a London hospital after sustaining serious injuries in an apparent break-in.
He is no longer in a critical condition.
George Mee was arrested on Thursday following the alleged incident and was subsequently charged with attempted murder.
He has also been accused of aggravated burglary in relation to the same incident.
The 20-year-old of Cromwell Park Place in Folkestone appeared at Maidstone Magistrates Court on Friday.
He was sent in custody to Canterbury Crown Court.
His first hearing will be held on Friday, July 13.
