Bid to identify man found dead below viaduct

POLICE investigating the discovery of a man's body at the foot of a railway viaduct have released a computer image as part of an appeal to the public to help identify him.

The body was found in Bradstone Road, Folkestone, at 10.30am on Wednesday, August 1.

At this stage police are not treating the death as suspicious, but are still unable to find out who he was.

The man is described as a white, of medium build, 5ft 8in tall with collar length brown hair and a full goatee style beard and moustache.

He was wearing navy blue shorts, white socks and a pair of size 10 white Reebok trainers with dark red trim and tanned soles.

Anyone who recognises the image or description of the man is asked to contact Det Sgt Nigel Drake at Folkestone Police on 01303 289061.
