A boy has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car.
Police were called North Road in Folkestone just after 3.30pm.
It followed reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian.
Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and the pedestrian was taken to a local hospital.
The boy’s injuries are understood not to be serious.
An ambulance service spokesman said: “Crews arrived and assessed and treated one person at the scene before taking them to William Harvey Hospital for further medical treatment.”
