A car crashed into the middle of a roundabout in Folkestone.

Police tape was tied to the silver Nissan Qashqai after it mounted the roundabout in Shorncliffe Road near the old police station.

The crash happened yesterday afternoon just after 12.20pm.

Police were called to the scene following initial reports the car had collided with a fence.

Officers attended and nobody was injured.
