A man is to appear in court two days charged with a string of offences including robbing chocolates from another man and stealing the sweets from a supermarket.
Wayne Williams, of Shellons Street, Folkestone, has also been charged with having a bladed object and robbing meat.
He was arrested on Friday after a man had his chocolates stolen in Foord Road South on Thursday.
While in custody the 47-year-old was identified as a suspect for a number of other offences between Saturday, Janurary 26 and Friday.
Officers charged him with robbing a woman of eight candles in Folkestone High Street, also on Thursday, and robbing deodorant from a man in Sandgate Road on Friday.
He will also answer charges for trying to take meat from a man in Cheriton High Street on Saturday, January 26, having a blade in Foord Road South on Thursday and Bellevue Street on Friday and taking chocolates from a supermarket in Bouverie Road West on Friday.
He remains in custody to appear before Folkestone magistrates tomorrow.
