POLICE in Folkestone are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 13-year-old girl who has been missing for a week.

Veronika Dankova was last seen in the Bradford area of West Yorkshire on December 1.

Her family, who live in Marine Parade, Folkestone, are getting worried and would like Veronika to get in touch.

It is believed she may be staying with other members of the Czech community in the Bradford area.

Veronika is described as a white, 5ft 4in tall, with short black, wavy hair and brown eyes. She had large red stone stud earrings, three white metal rings, and she has a tattoo of a heart on her left forearm.

She was wearing a white jumper, blue jeans and white trainers.
