DETECTIVES investigating a sexual assault on a 21-year-old woman have released an E-fit of a man they would like to trace in connection with the incident.

The woman visited Jolsons nightclub in Folkestone with some friends on Saturday, April 23 - St George’s day.

When she left the club at around midnight she was approached by a man who told her to go with him to the Sunny Sands. When they got there she was subjected to a sexual assault.

She then walked back to the club to look for her friends and the offender fled. He is described as a white man of slim build, 6ft tall with short dark brown hair. He was wearing a white T shirt, blue jeans and a black jacket.

Anyone with information about this incident, or anyone who can identify the man in the E-fit image, is asked to contact DC Max Davidson at Folkestone Police Station on 01303 850055.
