A busy Halfords store has been forced to shut after a member of staff tested positive for coronavirus.
The outlet in Folkestone will undergo a deep clean after the Covid-19 diagnosis.
Staff have been sent home from the Park Farm store, and a number of them will have to self-isolate for two weeks in line with government and Public Health England guidelines.
A Halford's spokesman said: "We can confirm that a colleague from our Folkestone branch has been diagnosed with coronavirus.
"As soon as we became aware of their diagnosis we sent all colleagues home and closed the store for a deep clean that is to take place throughout tomorrow (October 28).
"In line with government track and trace guidance we reviewed who the colleague had interacted with to determine which colleagues would be classed as contacts and therefore asked to self- isolate as per track and trace guidance.
"If customers have any concerns and have visited the store affected recently then they should call NHS 111 or visit https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/ for the latest information".
None of the neighbouring stores on the Park Farm industrial estate have been affected by the positive case.
